WHAT WE DO
Been there, done that. We have been in your shoes and we've been on the other side of the table. It is our aim to dispell myths & rumors, correct classic mistakes and filter through the misinformation. We teach you how to present you, not someone else.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
What we teach is a little different... we coach our cliens to think more like an interviewer rather than a candidate, and help you to communicate exactly what you mean. It's all about what the interviewer hears and perceives, so it's important to recognize where they are coming from. We have years of interview experience and have the insight to how misperceptions happen. Our courses are designed to adjust your mindset so the interviewer learns what they need to.
Although 90% of the interview is the same no matter the airline, we tailor your prep to the specific airline where you are scheduled to interview.
HOW WE WORK
One-on-One
We firmly believe that getting to know our clients helps immensly with helping them to convey who they really are. To accomplish this we work individually with each client.
Focus
Since interviewers are trying to get to know you, our focus is on you and nobody else during your sessions.
Tough Love
Our time together is limited, so we don't believe in fluff or patting you on the po-po to appease you. We will give our honest opinion, even if it hurts.
Building Blocks
We're not here to tear you down or let you get away with 'good enough'. We provide tools for you to draw upon to make your interview as comfortable as possible.
Explanations
When we provide feedback, good or bad, we will expain our rationale so you can learn the perception.
